Live webinars and in-person workshops (from now on referred to as "live classes") are partially refundable. Since most live classes allow students access to some of the materials up front, there will be a non-refundable fee of 50 USD or 50% of the class total price (whichever is lowest). If for any reason, you cannot attend a live class, you can always exchange your purchase for any other live class or online course of equal value in USD or continuing education units. Watching the recording of a live class is also possible; the recording of a live class becomes available 24 hours after it takes place. No cancellations are allowed, nor refunds will be granted if the live class has commenced.
Self-paced courses, hybrid programs, and recorded webinars (from now on referred to as "online courses") are non-refundable. Once an online course is purchased or accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with any of our hosted online courses, if you are having any trouble. However, participants will be allowed to exchange with another online course of equivalent or lesser money value if there is a mistake in the purchase or if there are circumstances that merit the exchange. Exchange requests must be received by email at [email protected]. No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 3 days after the purchase date. Credit (continuing education units) will only be granted for the final product selected from the exchange.
