Live Classes ( i.e. instructor-led webinars, hybrid professional training, and in-person workshops) are partially refundable. Since most Live Classes allow students access to some of the materials up front, there will be a non-refundable fee of $50. If for any reason you cannot attend, you can always exchange your purchase for any other live class or continuing education course of equal value (number of continuing education units) or watch the recording of the live event the day after the class. No cancellations are allowed, nor refunds will be granted if the class has commenced.
Self-Paced Courses (i.e. non-instructor-led professional training, self-paced online courses, and recordings of live classes) are non-refundable. Once the course is purchased or accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All self-paced courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course if you are having any trouble. However, participants will be allowed to exchange with another course of equivalent or lesser value (number of continuing education units) if there is a mistake in the purchase or if there are circumstances that merit the exchange. Exchange requests must be received via email at [email protected]. No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 3 days after the purchase date. Credit (continuing education units) will only be granted for the final product selected from the exchange.
