The workshop was excellent, the material very relevant and Gustavo Negrete, the presenter, was knowledgeable, kind and patient. He took the time to address each one of our concerns and was well prepared to do so. I would definitely recommend this workshop to a colleague who might be in the process of taking the exam for the National Certification as MI. A day or two after the training, Gustavo kindly sent us the presentation -so we can go back and review some topics, if needed- and also sent some consecutive and simultaneous exercises so we can practice. But I am a little frustrated, for some reason I am having trouble opening the presentation, I have tried at least ten (10) times so far, different days and times of the day (mostly on weekends) and five (5) of those it won't accept the password; therefore I cannot open it. I get a message a message saying PW is incorrect. Prior to writing this review I was trying to open one of the consecutive exercises. It started ok but after a few minutes it stopped. It looks like something happened to the actual Vimeo site.All of a sudden a a message popped up saying there was trouble with that video and they "would be back soon." Nothing has been fixed yet. Any recommendations/suggestions in case it happens again, please? Other that that, I am very pleased with the training and the materials, it was money well spent, which I'm sure it's something all of us hope when it comes to educating ourselves to be better professionals.
