This course will methodically review and interpret the respective procedures of civil court in order to better understand and communicate adequately the concepts and vocabulary that appear in these proceedings: probate, guardianship, conservatorship, family law, juvenile court, torts, unlawful detainers, unlimited & unlimited jurisdiction cases, and contract law.
